We are hiring a Communication & Content Specialist!
In this role, you will play an important part in shaping and executing our internal and external communication strategies. You will be responsible for creating compelling content that aligns with our brand’s voice and supports our mission as we transition to an open market. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand salience, managing EmbedIT messaging, and supporting internal employee engagement and external brand perception.
Your future role:
- Content Creation: Develop, write, and edit content for a variety of platforms, including internal newsletters, announcements, social media, and external marketing materials.
- Internal Communication: Manage internal communication channels to ensure consistent messaging and effective employee engagement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to distribute important organizational updates.
- External Communication: Support external communication efforts and social media. Coordinate with agencies and freelancers to execute campaigns and manage public-facing communications.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing internal and external events, ensuring that all materials align with the overall communication strategy. Collaborate with the Events Coordinator to produce high-quality, branded materials for events.
- Brand Messaging: Ensure that all communication content aligns with the company’s brand strategy, maintaining consistency in tone and messaging across all platforms.
Your experience and skills:
- At least 3 years of experience with a background in communications, marketing, or a related field, you bring a proven track record of success.
- Experience in B2B marketing/communication and working with external agencies
- Talent for storytelling and ability to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
- Understanding the big picture and can develop communication strategies that align with broader business goals.
- Experience with social media content development
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and very good organization and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and tools (for example Canva)
- Excellent Microsoft 365/ Powerpoint skills, ability to create engaging presentations
- Advanced level of Czech and English is a must
