React Developer

Role description

We're currently hiring new talent for our EmbedIT team. We develop cutting-edge web back-office applications that handle content management, translations, and more. Our web app is used by a bunch of different companies, including fintech and telco companies. 

We connect and feed EIT mobile applications (iOS, Android, Huawei) with data and make it all work together seamlessly. 


Your future role: 

  • We are seeking a skilled React Developer to join our small development team. 
  • In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, user-friendly web applications using the React.js framework.  
  • You will also be responsible for translating business requirements into robust software solutions, collaborating with team members, and continuously improving our development processes.

Your experience and skills: 
  • 4+ years of experience including problem solving of varying complexities and web development. 
  • 4+ years of experience in React.js (functional React components) + Typescript 
  • UI/UX enthusiast with strong attention to detail 
  • At least two projects with Next.js. 
  • Proven professional experience in a similar job role. 
  • Proven team player capabilities (practical experience in working on team projects). 
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; positive approach; empathy; self-control; resilience to stress; good time management skills; strong sense of personal responsibility; good verbal and written communication skills.
  • A university degree in IT is preferable (or a high school degree). 
  • Advanced level of Czech/Slovak and English.

Time off

Flexible work

Offer

If you successfully complete the interview and assessment stages, we’ll extend a job offer to you.  This offer will include details about compensation, benefits and other pertinent information.

Onboarding

Once you accept our offer, we’ll guide you through our onboarding process which includes orientation sessions, training and introductions to your team and key stakeholders,  and assign you a “buddy” to help get you settled.  We want to ensure that you feel welcome and prepared as you begin your journey at EmbedIT.
