The Sales and Marketing Specialist, a part-time role, is crucial to providing administrative assistance to Our Sales team and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role supports sales executives by managing documentation, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring the team has all the resources and information needed to achieve their goals.
Your future role:
- Support sales and marketing team in daily sales-related activities.
- Prepare pre-sale materials together with sales and pre-sales teams.
- Participate in regular sales meetings.
- Support the regional sales team in materials finalizations, conference participation, etc.
- Support with materials preparation for LinkedIn or similar platform post-events.
Your experience & skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Eagerness to be part of a dynamic Sales team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Supportive and team player mindset.
Fluent English and Czech/Slovak.
