SAP FI/MM Consultant

Role description

  • Type of contract: Full-time

  • Place of work: Czech Republic

Your future role:

  • 2nd + 3rd level support of FI/CO or MM functional module in all its scope incl. FIORI as our main SAP front-end.
  • Primary focus shall be on Finance or Material Management, but overlap to other related functional modules (e.g. FI, CO, MM) is a nice-to-have skill.
  • Important – in many countries we have smaller/bigger custom developments (typically interfaces and integrations to 3rd party systems), as a result of which more technical skills, alternatively close cooperation with developer, are required.
  • Where applicable, support of other functional modules (e.g. Travel Management, Real Estate Flexible Leasings, Loans Management)
  • Close cooperation with local SAP consultants (+ local business) in countries. Filtering of business requirements, proposing adequate technical/business solutions, drafting of functional/technical specifications.
  • Complexity of tasks: Small (customizing); Middle (medium sized projects, bigger enhancements of existing functionalities, implementation of new functionality, …); Big (implementation of SAP into new entity)
  • Participation on regular system upgrade (sandbox system testing, new features/functionality, SPAU, SPDD, UAT, …), implementation of SAP notes
  • Authorizations
  • Participation on internal and external projects
  • Pursuing company strategy of moving to cloud (training, certification, projects)
  • System standardization
  • Possibilities for further learning (latest SAP release - S/4HANA 2022, FIORI, …). E.g. already several consultants in my team have learned how to activate standard FIORI apps.
  • Internal training (ABAP, FIORI, Eclipse, SmartForms, Workflows, …)


Your experience and skills:

  • Previous experience as SAP FI consultant (ideally 4+ years)
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant business processes
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Advanced level of English is a must
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
