Our Finance & Operations department is currently expanding its ranks and is looking for a new senior colleague who is interested in optimizing and automating financial processes.
We are not a big team, only eleven members, but we closely cooperate across our agendas. That’s why we would be happy to invite someone who appreciates an informal, friendly, and cooperative environment and become a valued part of our team.
You will report right to the Head of Finance & Operations Department. We need somebody who is responsible and able to make independent decisions.

Your future role:
- Develop, optimize and support relevant financial and business controlling processes and suggests improvements and automation of these.
- Support new projects across the company (e.g. New financial data model, implementation of new tools) in the Finance area.
- Close collaboration with senior finance managers and senior management across the EmbedIT organization and with PPF Accounting, Tax and Treasury teams.
- Leads the Corporate Finance reporting, e.g. cash-flow, liquidity, etc.
- Participates on preparation of Monthly/Quarterly reporting and on regular and ad-hoc analysis preparations.
Your experience & skills:
- 4+ years experience in controlling, commercial finance or similar fields
- Very good verbal and written communication skills – communicate messages clearly and concisely in Czech and English
- End to end Finance processes knowledge
- Experience with setting up corporate financial processes and systems
- Excellent analytical skills
- Relationship management experience in complex matrix organizations
- Proficient user of MS Office and user Experience of Financial systems (e.g. Hyperion, ERP)
