We’re hiring a Senior Marketing & Communication Specialist to join our dynamic team!

Are you passionate about shaping brand strategies and creating impactful content? 

In this role, you’ll play a key part in defining our brand strategy and employee value proposition as we transition to an open market. This position is critical for supporting our business goals, driving brand recognition, and fostering employee engagement. You will be responsible for creating compelling content that reflects our brand values and resonates with both external and internal audiences.

 

Your future role:

  • Content Creation: Develop, write, and edit content for various platforms, including internal newsletters, announcements, social media, and external marketing materials.
  • External Communication: Support external communication efforts by coordinating with agencies and freelancers to execute campaigns and manage external messaging.
  • Internal Communication: Oversee internal communication channels to ensure consistent messaging and effective employee engagement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share important organizational updates.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing internal and external events, ensuring alignment with the overall communication strategy. Work closely with the Events Coordinator to produce high-quality, branded materials for events.
  • Brand Messaging: Ensure communication aligns with the company’s brand strategy, maintaining a consistent tone and message across platforms.

 

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success (any previous experience with a focus on the APAC region is a big advantage).
  • Marketing Expertise: Prior experience in marketing and communications, including collaboration with external agencies; B2B marketing experience is a plus.
  • Storytelling Skills: Ability to transform complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Social Media Savvy: Experience with social media management is a big plus.
  • Team Player: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Design Knowledge: Basic understanding of graphic design principles and tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, with the ability to create engaging presentations.
  • Languages: Advanced proficiency in Czech and English is essential. Advanced level of Vietnamese is a big plus.
