Software Analyst Junior

Role description

What we do: 

We are developing and operating systems for various financial companies. We follow the latest technology trends, use our business and market experience to deliver end-to-end customer focused solutions. You, as part of one of the team, will analyze requirements for customer journeys, design technical solutions, and understand end-to-end integrations.

In this role you will cover business analysis, technical analysis and help with understanding the requirements and test preparation. You are able to clarify business requirements directly with the requestor regardless the needs.
 

Your future role:

  • Master the domain that is related to the product being analyzed. Uses the domain knowledge to understand and improve the product and, where applicable, to challenge requirements or take direction.
  • Gather all requirements and work with the requestors on analysis clarification and understanding all of the needs.
  • Break requirements down to smaller items, so the team can develop them quickly and in a sequence that provides the best value and quality.
  • Understand the product structure and technical details which creates skill overlap with programmers and allows a more self-organized style of work.

 

Your experience and skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with a process description, sketching a page, and explaining an algorithm.
  • Overall understanding of financial sector even more eagerness to work in such area.
  • Basic knowledge of REST API and UML.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in data analyses.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Communicative English and Czech/Slovak language.

Time off

Onboarding

Once you accept our offer, we’ll guide you through our onboarding process which includes orientation sessions, training and introductions to your team and key stakeholders,  and assign you a “buddy” to help get you settled.  We want to ensure that you feel welcome and prepared as you begin your journey at EmbedIT.
