As our Southeast Asia Hub in Vietnam continues to expand, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will help us strengthen our brand, generate new business opportunities, and support our regional growth.

Your role

• As a Marketing Specialist, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing based at our headquarters in the Czech Republic. You will work closely with our sales leaders and technology experts in Ho Chi Minh City while also collaborating with external agencies and partners.
• You will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives across Vietnam and Southeast Asia, helping us build brand awareness, support business development, and establish EmbedIT as a trusted technology partner in the region.
• This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with flawless execution and is excited to work in an international B2B technology environment.

What you will do

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness.
• Coordinate local PR activities and collaborate with external PR agencies and media.
• Manage social media content and support executive thought leadership.
• Develop and localize marketing content for the Vietnamese market while ensuring alignment with EmbedIT's global brand, messaging, and tone of voice.
• Organize conferences, customer events, webinars, and partner activities.
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and branded merchandise.
• Support website updates and content management.
• Work with CRM and marketing automation tools to support campaigns and reporting.
• Coordinate external suppliers, including designers, photographers, printers, and event agencies.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with the sales team to support business development initiatives.
• Ensure consistent implementation of the EmbedIT brand across all marketing touchpoints.

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Experience in a technology, software, fintech, or IT services company is highly preferred.
• Experience with digital marketing campaigns and social media.
• Good understanding of lead generation and marketing funnels.
• Experience organizing business events, webinars, or conferences.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• Excellent copywriting and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Ability to translate complex technology topics into clear, engaging, and business-oriented content.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an international environment.
• Experience with HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
• Experience working with PR agencies.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn advertising.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.
