B2B Sales Manager

Role description

Our Senior B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients as well as managing relationships with existing clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven sales and relationship management track record in the IT industry and a good understanding of the local market and culture. 

Your future role:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, including representations during important local conferences.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts and agreements.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. 

Your experience and skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree / Master's degree in Business or a similar field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry, with a focus on business development and client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of local market and culture, IT products, and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive business knowledge to create realistic sales projections and objectives for the team
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and native Filipino 

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and industry-specific knowledge
  • Existing network of business contacts within the region
  • Past work experience in IT firms or handling IT topics
  • Ability to travel within the country and regularly to the HQ in Europe
