At Embedit we’re looking for a Internal Story Teller to join our People team and help us keep our colleagues in Prague, Brno, and Ostrava connected, engaged, and inspired.
This isn’t just about crafting and sending out newsletters or writing posts on the intranet and other channels (though you’ll do that too). It’s about being the bridge — the person who listens, who understands what’ really going on, and who turns that into clear and authentic communication. Think of it as being part communicator, part happiness manager, part trusted “vrba” (yes, the one people can talk to).
What you´ll do
- Shape and drive our internal communication strategy across three locations (Prague, Brno, Ostrava)
- Travel regularly to meet colleagues face-to-face — because real conversations beat emails
- Build stories that reflect who we are, what we’re doing, and where we’re going
- Create content that’s engaging, clear, and aligned with our Embedit culture
- Support managers in communicating with their teams, giving them tools and confidence
- Act as a connector and listener, bringing feedback from colleagues into the bigger picture
This will help you stand out
- Solid experience in internal communications or employee engagement
- Strong writing skills in English and Czech (clarity, authenticity, tone of voice matter!)
- A people-first mindset — you like talking to people, not just about them
- Energy and curiosity to travel and be present in our different offices on quite regular bases
- Confidence to advise, but humility to listen
