We’re looking for an IT Community & Communications Manager who will help us create communication that IT people actually care about: clear, useful, and human. Someone who enjoys being close to the teams, understands their world, and knows how to turn complex topics into messages that make sense.

Your future role

• You’ll work closely with IT teams (engineering, data, infrastructure, security), understand what they’re dealing with, and translate it into communication that makes sense to technical people.
• Writing content, that is clear and to the point: updates, team stories, change summaries, event invitations, and follow-ups and of course with no corporate buzzword, will be your daily tasks.
• You’ll prepare and fine-tune presentations for town halls, community meetups, and internal events so they are clear, structured, and don’t put people to sleep.
• Hand to hand with the above, we would need you to help shaping the content and format of the town halls and actively moderate them (yes, you’ll be on the mic - it doesn’t bite).
• Internal communication channels will be your best friends, you'll train them so they don’t become noise, but a useful and enjoyable source of information.
• You’ll be fully responsible for internal community and team events - from idea and yearly plan to hands-on delivery in the Czech Republic and Vietnam. Collecting feedback from such events will be your task as well and following them with the best approach (if something doesn’t work, you change it, if it does, we build on it).

• Professional from an IT or tech environment (communications, community, content, events).
• Enthusiast who enjoys writing and can explain complex or technical topics clearly, human-friendly, and sometimes with a bit of humor.
• Creative writer who can turn content not only into text, but also into clear, structured presentations.
• Doer who likes to get things done, not just stick with the plans.
• Someone comfortable around people, asking questions, and moderating discussions.
• Traveller who would be able to hit the road and be in Prague and Brno when needed.
• Very good English speaker - to write, present, and communicate daily in an international environment (Czech Republic / Vietnam).
