Your future role
- Develop deep knowledge of the product domain and use it to challenge and refine requirements.
- Gather, clarify, and validate requirements with clients.
- Break down requirements into smaller, manageable items for efficient and high-quality delivery.
- Contribute to solution design through system and functional analysis.
- Create and maintain analytical documentation.
- Understand the product structure and technical details to enable a more self-directed style of work.
- Track requirements through their lifecycle and provide support across the team (Product Owners, Developers, QA).
- Work transparently, using team tools and processes to track progress and contribute to delivery practices.
Your experience and skills
- University degree in IT or a related field (preferred, not required).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to balance technical constraints with business goals.
- UML knowledge and experience with modelling tools (currently EA and Git markdown, open to discussion).
- Basic knowledge of XML and SQL.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Advanced level of English and Czech, both written and spoken.
