To support this growth, we’re looking for a Technology Consultant to join our Sales team and act as a trusted advisor for our B2B clients in the consumer finance segment. You will help clients identify opportunities for improvement, support pre-sales activities, and drive the adoption of our technology solutions.
Your Future Role
- Act as a technology advisor for key clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into effective IT solutions.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, presentations, and proposals, to demonstrate business value and ROI.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation, process optimization, and new technology adoption.
- Assist the Sales team in upselling and cross-selling technology solutions.
- Participate in strategic discussions with clients to shape their technology roadmap.
- Ensure proposed solutions follow industry best practices and compliance standards.
- Build strong relationships with client decision-makers and become their go-to expert for technology topics.
Your Experience and Skills
- Strong understanding of IT architecture principles, cloud infrastructure, security practices, and enterprise systems.
- Ability to connect technology with business outcomes and communicate value to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in pre-sales, consulting, or solution design for B2B clients (experience in financial services is a plus).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in Czech and English.
- Analytical thinking and ability to design innovative, scalable solutions.
- Knowledge of modeling tools (UML, BPMN, ArchiMate) is a bonus.
- Certifications in architecture or cloud technologies are a plus.
